Providing strategic and operational Human Resources services, support and skills, as well as partnering support to designated groups.
 
tasks
   »  Provide strategic & operational support to people leaders.
   »  Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders & business & industry groups.
   »  Identify, recommend, and aid in the implementation of improvements to existing systems and procedures.
   »  Understand significant legislation and apply concepts to actual situations.
 
Skills & practice
   »  Demonstrated practice in a senior HR function partnering with business leaders at both a strategic & operational level.
   »  Strong capability to collaborate and influence at all organisation levels
   »  capability to prioritise demands, meet deadlines and deliver desired result by taking ownership and using time & self-management approaches.
   »  Commitment to fostering good stakeholder relationships
