Are you an professional actor or teacher looking for supplementary, part-time salary? Are you interested in leading, assisting or simply being a cover tutor with our team? Tim Bray Youth Theatre runs weekly after-school drama classes and regular holiday programmes for 5-16 year olds in North, Central and South Auckland locations, as well as in-school Workshops. We are seeking for professional drama tutors, who enjoy the creativity of children and teens, to become involved in our Youth Theatre programme on a part-time or casual basis. We offer flexibility...and a fun team to work with. Do you have practice or interest in working with autisitc and neurodivergent children and teens? Tim Bray Youth Theatre also runs after-school Drama Classes for autistic and neurodivergent students aged 5-16years on the North Shore and in East Auckland. You do not need to be a specialist drama teacher, but practice and love of any performing arts would be an asset. Or you may have a background and practice that will transfer well to working with autistic and neurodivergent students in a drama class. Let us know. You will need to be available to attend training workshops, as well as committing to in-class training. We are pursuing dynamic professional drama tutors of all ethnicities and genders to join our dedicated team. Venues are wheelchair accessible. All TBYT tutors are required to undergo Police Vetting.
