Dairy Farm adjunct:Job description:Dairy Farm adjunctPayment: Accommodation & Paid ($21.20)Job location: geraldine Region: Christchurch & Canterbury practice: No practice Necessary Listing Added: 29/05/2022 We are seeking for a friendly and enthusiastic person or couple to join us on our dairy farm 10 minutes from beautiful Geraldine. We will be milking 920 cows through as 54 bail rotary, with calving season starting in mid July. tasks on farm will be varied, with setting up portable fences, milking cows, and shifting herds around being core parts of the job. Patience and a love of animals is a must. We are currently flexible with start dates and duration, but you will need to be able to start before 15th of July, and be keen for a duration of at least 5 months. This could be a fulltime position for the right person. This could also suit a couple where one person would be keen for an au-pair/home help position. Accomodation is provided with this function. You will need a valid visa for this position, and be willing to undergo a police check and pre-employment drug testing.
