The primary responsibility of the decorator operator is to operate and maintain the decorators and base coater machines. This includes setting up labels and ensuring the smooth operation of the equipment. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain decorator and base coater machines. » Set up labels for printing. » Ensure the smooth operation of all machines under their responsibility. » Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. » Monitor production output and quality. » Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. » Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines. » Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors. Requirements: » Trade qualification in the printing industry. » Experience operating decorators and base coaters. » Knowledge of label setup and printing processes. » Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting. » Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards. » Strong organizational and time management skills. » Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
