Crowne Plaza Queenstown is located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu in the heart of New Zealand's South Island. Our 4.5 star hotel is looking for a Food and Beverage manager to join our team. About the function As a Food & Beverage manager you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink and help keep service on-track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s practice to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes. In this function, you will be responsible for leading shifts and directing/training team members as required. A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll supervise operations of all team members during rostered shifts with a particular focus on guest engagement within the restaurant, room service, and Crowne Meetings.
