Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for delivering 1500 courses per year across a wide range of indications. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including Medical Oncology, Haematology, Palliative Care, and Surgery, you will provide high-quality patient care with a strong community focus. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in research, participate in clinical trials, and teach as part of your week.
Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must be registered (or eligible) with the Medical Council of New Zealand and possess a specialist qualification in Radiation Oncology recognized by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists for Vocational Registration in New Zealand. Advanced Trainees who are about to complete their final six months of training as a fellow with supervision are also encouraged to apply.
