Your function will be maintaining customer relationships, that encourage repeat business and use of the organisations’ services. tasks • Work towards your targets on a monthly basis, with existing customers and new customers within the following areas o Accessory Sales o Finance deals o Payment protection o Service plan sales • Communicate face to face and over the phone with potential and existing customers to support them with their needs. expertise & practice • practice with customer service is a must (Retail, Hospo or call centre) • capability to deliver excellent customer service • Negotiation expertise • Outgoing and motived individuals • Valid drives licence – Must • Able to work in a structured sales function and follow processes What’s on Offer?
