See more at www.redleaptheatre.co.nz The Red Leap Creative Producer will contribute towards engaging communities to participate in our artist development and performance programmes in 2023. What we offer This opportunity is for a fixed-term employment contract across 2023, incorporating a four-day week (32 hours), including Kiwisaver and generous leave conditions. We are a small cross-functional team, committed to equity of communication in all our operations. We honour collaboration as the foundationon which all our mahi rests. Red Leap incorporates hauora and wellbeing practices in our company operations. We offer flexible working conditions across the four-day week. Red Leap is a learning organisation. External mentors, as well as in-house mentoring are enabled to ensure you have all the expertise required for your function. Remuneration is set at $60k for this position. The function The Producer will work closely with the whole team to ensure delivery of the programme.
