Our client is one of the oldest hospitals in Wellington. The General Manager of the hospital is hiring a personal adjunct who can help in effective diary management and travel plans.
Job responsibilities:
   » Diary management
   » Assist the GM with smooth running of the hospital
   » Assist the GM with communications and other administrative tasks
You:
   » Proven track record as a PA/EA
   » Outstanding attention to detail
   » Superb organizational skills
   » skills in the Microsoft suite
   » Highly developed interpersonal skills
   » Management of competing demands
   » Preference for practice in a professional services environment
