This is a senior function, which is focused on strategic enablement, advice, coaching and guidance to a broad group of stakeholders while working closely with partners on ER, performance, and talent development, as well as compensates and change management. Participation and leading the strategic initiatives and projects within people practice, culture and value for both current and future employees, while mentoring junior members of the team.    »  Working alongside stakeholders for ER, performance, talent development, compensate and change management - Lead the strategic initiatives and projects

This is a key function within the business and the PPC team, where the capability to build rapport and establish strong relationships is key. Having a background and practice in a HR generalist as well as having a HR qualification is a must, although being influential, a natural leader, and strong interpersonal expertise will see you succeed and add value in this position.
