He mahi | The Work We're looking for a talented, committed individual to lead this work, and provide the strategy and roadmap to scale up this award-winning programme. This is the first time the Diversity Agenda has the capcapability to hire a fully dedicated employee to really bring this work to life. You'll help pave the way for future generations of engineers and architects in Aotearoa by building professions that better reflect the communities they serve. Aspects of this function will include: » Setting targets, putting a strategy together, creating momentum and seeing Information technology through to implementation » Steering the programme and driving change with great leadership abilities and management » Providing expert engagement advice and ensuring business development and growth » Ensuring a sustainable funding model to secure a strong future for the programme » Working together with a steering committee made up of diverse leaders from across the engineering and architecture professions who are also passionate about this mahi. this function offers real flexibility - while Information technology is a full time function, we are open to talk to candidates about alternative options.
