Picker Operator & Packer OperatorLocation All WaikatoWaikato Job type Part Time Salary 23 to 23 Category Manufacturing/Operations > Other » Based in Huntly » Work for a global food manufacturer! » Available to commence immediately for any shift requirements Global Recruitment - Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker Operator to assist our client in fulfilling shift requirements and ensuring smooth operations during peak periods. We are also hiring a Packer Operator for our client at Huntly location. The Packer Operator will be responsible for packing bread while maintaining high cleanliness standards across the plant. Key Accountabilities of the Role:» Operate equipment for the packing of bread, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .» Prepare materials required for packaging and coordinate with the Storeman when necessary. » Ensure packers are set up correctly and consistently replenished with cases, labels, and glue. »Inspect labels, best-before dates, and packaging quality to ensure accuracy. » Oversee the preparation of bread , coding, filling out breads sheets, and returning unused bread bags to the cool store. » Requirements: » Previous experience in a similar role is preferred » Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment » Strong attention to detail and accuracy » Flexibility to work rotating shifts as per the provided schedule » Clean criminal history record » Must be a NZ Citizen, Resident, or hold a valid work visa If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on quality, peak periods, teamwork, and efficiency, we'd love to hear from you!
