About the function As our Manager Service Strategy and Insights you will be a key part of the Injury avoidance leadership abilities team, responsible for helping define the value stream strategy, supporting the delivery of strategic insights and advice to inform business decisions. In this function you will be providing thought leadership abilities and analysis and you will be responsible for the oversight and management of the value stream strategy and horizon road maps to support our change initiatives and work programmes. You will build strong relationships, working collaboratively across a very complex and large organisation so your strategic enterprise view and capability to understand strategy and the application of this will be invaluable to us. What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous will include the following: » significant practice in a similar function with proven performance and results » practice in providing expert advice to inform organisational strategy development and strategic stakeholder management » practice in systems thinking and capability to design systems and frameworks to provide insights » Strong strategic analysis, planning and implementation expertise, and the capability to provide advice to senior management in these areas » You can bring strategic thinking to a clear position and develop a workplan and vision to ensure we deliver to our value stream strategic results » Excellent communications and strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management expertise » Strong conceptual and analytical capability, with the capability to deal with complex and emerging issues, and with a high level of ambiguity » You understand the opportunity that technology provides including digital You will report directly into the Head of Injury avoidance joining a dynamic and forward-thinking leadership abilities team who are very supportive of each other.
