This rapidly expanding global tech company is seeking a number of Test Engineers to join their agile team building a NEW Cloud product involving microsystems. The function: Working as part of a well organised, highly agile Integration/Microservices team, you will work with four other testers who are passionate about their job and work hard collectively to get projects across the line. Some tasks / responsibilities are listed below; » Testing of Hardware/Firmware developed for automation before deployment to wider teams » Development of REST API’s and testing protocols » Involved in the standardisation of documents, systems and procedures » Testing of hardware/firmware/middleware/cloud technologies » Identify and propose recommendations for process improvement » Define test plans confirming scope coverage and approach to testing » Deliver status reports on progression, highlighting any deviation from earlier plans » System Integration testing for end to end deliveries expertise / practice you need: » Strong manual (and some automation) testing / QA practice » practice in testing within an Electronics, hardware/firmware environment (highly desirable) » Posses a good knowledge in testing embedded software » An knowledge of the payment industry preferred » Strong API and Integration testing practice » practice working in an agile environment » Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering » Strong team focus and capability to work effective on your own » Polished communication, networking and interpersonal expertise On offer: Competitive income ($80,000 - $120,000) plus a great, supportive benefits package.
