A successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of working within high pressured and fast paced environments and in addition, will have exemplary communicational skills, both verbally and written. Being a customer facing role, it is a necessity that you possess a high level of emotional intelligence, are empathetic, considerate and that you are passionate towards delivering nothing short of outstanding service. We require the candidate to: » Be available to work Monday - Friday, weekends may be required depending on the role. » Have a vehicle or be able to make use of public transport. » Thrive in a KPI based working environment. » Have experience in working with customers or show an exemplary level of emotional understanding. » Be confident, empathetic and professional when dealing with difficult customer conversations (Complaint Handling). » Have an outstanding level of patience, resilience and urgency. » To be naturally caring towards others.
