Maintenance EngineerLocation All WellingtonWellington Job type Full Time Salary to Category Trades and Services > Boiler makers/welders » Multiple roles - mechanical fitters / plant engineers based in the Hutt region » Full-time permanent role with opportunity to progress further into leadership » Work in a supportive team based role with above market rates and incentives Your new company Based across the Hutt Valley. Two large plants sites across food & waste seeking to hire engineers to join their maintenance & repair team. Work consisting of repair and maintenance of mechanical plants, diagnosing breakdowns and repair work on site. Some testing and certifying / operating machinery. What you'll need to succeed » Eligibility to work in NZ and ideally looking for a long-term role » A Minimum of Level 4 National Certificate in Engineering in either welding, fitter/turner, toolmaking or maintenance » Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule (overtime offered) » Must be able to work from height (if required) » Industrial and mechanically minded and willing to do on-call work » Reliability & a good attitude » Rigging experience and Forklift licence are preferred What you'll get in return, » Attractive salary range from $40-43p/hr + benefits and room for overtime hours » Medical discounts and well-being initiatives » Employee discounts with multiple partner companies » Job security and career progression opportunities » Full training provided and gear If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
