These are exciting opportunities to work with a well-established company who are passionate about their people and offer genuine career progression and development. Job Location: Aukcland Region Employment type: Full time /Permanent Days Required: Monday to Friday. Maybe occasionally required to work on weekends Hours per week: Minimum of 30 hours per week Hourly rate: $26.69 to $29.00 depending on experience. Job Description ?Taking Measurements ?Assisting carpenters and hammer hands on daily site tasks ?Loading and unloading construction materials, tools and equipment ?Managing on-site materials ?Erecting and dismantling temporary structures ?Using power tools and machinery when needed ?Putting up warning signs for vehicles and passers-by ?Helping with setting up and transferring temporary structures ?Other general labouring roles as required ?Maybe occasionally required to travel to other locations to work on landmark projects across New Zealand Job pre-requisites ?Experience in construction, would be an advantage (not a must as we will provide training) ?Be comfortable using power tools ?Having a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and presentable appearance ?Hard-working, punctual, and a positive "can do" attitude ?Be physically fit ?Have willingness to learn ?Be confident working autonomously, and Health & Safety conscious. Flexibility to work in different sites & ability to work extra hours when required. ?Clean driver's License & reliable transport ?Clean police records and ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests ?Have valid NZ open work permit Please apply online and attach a current CV and any relevant employment related certificates.
