Chief People agent:Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.As Chief People agent your focus will be on building organisational capcapability and performance to enhance the employee practice.You will beresponsible for providing organisational leadership abilities in developing, enhancing and executing the workforce strategy and people plan in support of the Public Service Commissions' overall strategic direction You will be a trusted advisor to our highly regarded executive leadership abilities team, working with them to create a high-performance, inclusive culture and deliver an attractive employee value proposition that function models the best of the Public Service. You will be a skilled communicator, collaborator, facilitator and engaging leader able to inspire others. You will lead the development and delivery of organisational capcapability activities to support a positive workplace culture where development, diversity and inclusion and a commitment to M?ori are highly valued. You will have significant practice in organisational leadership abilities and with hands-on practice across the broad range of people and culture activities including strategy, organisational development, employment relations and change. The Chief People agent a key leadership abilities function in a modern, vibrant working environment, supporting work that makes a difference. You will have a close connection with the HR Head of Profession and other teams across the Commission to ensure that the Commission function models best practice as part of the Commission's system leadership abilities function.
