If you answered yes, this may be the function for you! The Public Service Fale, which sits within Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission, is a regional centre of excellence that operates to support sixteen Public Service Commissioners in the Pacific to achieve their goals to strengthen public services for their citizens. In this function you will be supporting our partners in the Pacific – Public Service Commissions and their wider public service agencies - in providing the best digital solutions and services both internally to their employees and externally to their citizens. You will enjoy sharing your expertise and skills, as well as bringing together others to share theirs, to support our partners in transforming the delivery of their public services with digital technologies. Your capability to build positive relationships will be key in providing our partners in the Pacific with support that is appropriate to where they are in their digital journeys and aligns to their diverse contexts. You will be responsible for leading projects located on the needs identified by the Pacific Public Service Commissioners, facilitating the Digital Community of Practice, and providing practical advice, information and guidance to help our partners reach their digital goals. We are seeking for a recognised performer who is skilled in effective planning and organisational management and is a star in building and maintaining strong relationships of trust, confidence, and respect with colleagues and stakeholders. This position usually pays between $99,200 to $116,700 depending on skills and practice. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this job. We are open to receive applications if you're located outside of the Wellington region, but to stay connected with the team Information technology is expected you will work from our Wellington office at least once a month and attend all-team events.
