I am currently recruiting for an practiced Payroll agent, to join a well established team in a large public sector agency.
As a Payroll agent you will be Responsible For:
   » Provision of accurate Payroll advice, focussing on a customer-centric working style
   » Maintaining a high level of data integrity during all Payroll processes, ensuring efficiency and timeliness
   » Resolution of all Payroll related queries in conformity with agreed standards
   » Assist in quality assurance of payroll data, including error spotting and resolution
   » Provide Payroll services to ACC, GB and IRD ensuring SLAs are met
   » Accurate and timely provision of advice related to ACC queries and resolution
Desired practice:
   » Previous practice working across a Payroll environment, either as an Administrator or Advisor
   » Confidence to assist with error checking and comprehensive expertise of NZ Payroll legislation
   » Positive, upbeat working style, with an emphasis on the provision of excellent customer service
   » Confidence to prepare Pay data with accuracy and efficiency, with practice answering pay queries
