Exciting opportunity to join a private sector organisation located in Petone. This organisation has a great team culture and are looking for an accounts allrounder to join their team!

About the function
The position of Accounts Administrator is a vital function in the Finance Team and you will be a pivotal part in supporting all administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and settlements. The primary function will be to supervise Accounts Payable functions.

tasks
• Maintain excellent relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Process all payments due to customers in a timely manner.
• Process all credit card payments and report on expenses.
• Assist with the data entry of cheque payments as received
• Complete bank reconciliations

expertise & practice
• practice with both Accounts Payable & Receivable
• capability to drive process and system change
• Capable user of Microsoft Office (Intermediate level expertise Excel and Word)
• A good eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of your work
• Strong relationship expertise to build rapport across the business
• Strong customer focus
