ACW provide services and programmes in the areas of early childhood education, social work and counselling, older people's programmes, grief support programmes, and after school care. About the function Anglican Care Waiapu (ACW) are seeking to appoint a number of key functions in the operations area. ACW are looking to our new operations team to inspire a new level of performance, and a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. We are pursuing a leader who is highly pragmatic and proactive - a leader who thrives in a busy function where you can see significant progress every day. skills in coaching and leading staff, delivering innovation, optimising processes, and seeing benefits realised is key. practice working with diverse communities and an knowledge of Te Ao M?ori and Pasifika cultures would be highly beneficial. As with all staff within the organisation, a genuine commitment to the kaupapa, to Christian values, and to Te Tiriti o Waitangi is critical. Skills and practice Reporting to the CEO, and a member of the executive leadership abilities team, you will supervise all of our services and programmes. Your core skills around developing and executing business and operational plans, setting performance metrics, coaching and leading staff and optimising processes will set you up for success. You are known as a structured, logical thinker with an abundance of common sense, and are as comfortable whipping up a board report as you are at a site visit to an ECE centre, or speaking with the Bishop or local kaumatua.
