Newsroom is an award-winning news and current affairs website which is seeking a new commercial adjunct.
We're looking for are looking for a highly motivated all-rounder to play a key function in subscriber customer service and database management. You'll need to have an attention to detail, be very computer literate and have a can-do attitude. This position will work closely with the reader revenue engagement manager and the commercial manager.
expertise we're looking for:
   » Excellent written and verbal communication expertise
   » Customer service/ client management practice
   » Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook
   » practice with Google Analytics, CMS, Mailchimp, Stripe preferred but not essential
