A mid-sized construction company working in the commercial, aged care, low rise, interiors and industrial space is viewed by several as reliable and a trusted main contractor. They are known in the industry for staffing their jobs with the right people, treating their subbies with respect, paying them on time and employing smart people creating a reasonable work/life balance for their site staff.
Due to securing new commercial projects ranging from $500k-$20m across new build offices, warehouses, childcare, industrial units, aged care facilities and accompanying fitouts, they are now requiring an additional site manager to tackle these.

You must have 5 - 7  years or more site located commercial construction management practice in NZ and be able to show a history of working on projects that ideally involve concrete, pre-cast, structural steel and interior fit-out. As a site manager you will be confident in your capability to deliver projects on time and to budget. You will also be confident and polished in your dealings with clients, naturally possessing great verbal communication expertise.

The key background for this function is a carpenter by trade with a great eye for a quality finish and a leadership abilities style that fosters a positive and safe working environment.
