Assist with Payroll BAU for more than 2000 waged, salaried and timesheeted staff, while ensuring compliance to NZ Payroll Legislation. tasks Include: » Data entry of Payroll information, quality assurance of pay data and running end-to-end Pay Runs » Application of NZ Payroll legislation to real-life situations, such as the Holidays Act » Answering internal/external queries via the Payroll inbox with confidence and clarity » Using JDE to run pay, change position management and complete onboarding » Position management administration » Liaising with internal/external stakeholders regarding pay queries and quality compliance The Ideal Candidate Has: » practice as a Payroll Advisor, or agent within the public/private sector, to the level they are confident to pick up new payruns with ease » Strong practice applying NZ legislation to BAU situations within a Payroll environment » practice using JDE, or any other Payroll system, as well as strong expertise of the MS Suite » A can-do, hard-working attitude towards work, with a passion for team-work and Payroll With any queries, please get in touch with Olivia Strutton - 021 192 9239.
