Job Offer: Luxury Lodge Attendant:Job description:Luxury Lodge AttendantPayment: Paid Position (From $24 depending on practice)Job location: Lake Pukaki Region: Christchurch & Canterbury practice: Limited practice Necessary Listing Added: 26/08/2022 e are looking for a friendly, professional Lodge Attendant to work in a boutique 5 star, off-grid lodge on the shores of Lake Pukaki. We think this is a pretty good place to work with all day views over the lake up to Aoraki/Mt Cook and the Southern Alps. Information technology also makes a great base for an outdoor playground! The function is located 10 minutes from Twizel. While the start date is slightly flexible, We are seeking for someone who is available to start in early September 2022 in a full time function. We can guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week. In addition to two days off per week, you will also get from 25th December – 3rd January 2023 off to enjoy time with family or friends or to do some travelling over Christmas and New Year. We are seeking for Somebody with previous practice in hospitality and customer service. Ideally candidates will have previous practice in 5-star properties. A hospitality qualification is preferred but not essential. candidates must be reliable, professional and physically fit with great interpersonal expertise. We realise this is a varied function so training will be provided in required areas. tasks include: Welcoming and hosting guests Breakfast and dinner service Guest check ins and check outs Assisting with administrative tasks eg bookings and invoicing Beverage service Cleaning and servicing of guest rooms Shifts will generally be afternoon / evening shifts and weekends from around 1pm - 9:30pm. Therefore candidates must be prepared to work evenings and weekends. this function is for candidates that are legally entitled to live and work in New Zealand. candidates for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa and a legal right to drive in NZ. candidates will be required to arrange their own accommodation but we can provide assistance with accommodation for your first two weeks.
