Use your clinical skills and leadership abilities to optimise the service to best meet the local need. Develop and grow your team to work top of their scope as clinicians and community support workers. Be part of great partnerships that deliver; including working alongside Te Whatu Ora, Te Aka Whai Ora colleagues and the wider community to support tangata whai ora and their wh?nau. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Additionally, you will be supported to be part of a rotating after hours on-call roster. Responsibilities include: » Developing significant and collaborative partnerships » Being an exemplary Tangata Tiriti partner » Working alongside primary and secondary care services, and the wider community to ensure optimal results » Fostering strong relationships in your community » Providing regular coaching, leading and inspiring a passionate team » Living your values at work and making a difference in your community.
