Reporting directly to the Logistic Manager. In this role you will support the Logistics Manager of the business to receipt and deliver goods, inventory management, export documentation, warehousing, and distribution. Support the Operations Team as needed. The key responsibilities of this role are: » Comply with all Company policies and procedures. Abide by the relevant laws and regulations of New Zealand and other countries as appropriate. » Ensure all goods are appropriately licensed and correctly shipped meeting NZ regulatory and export legislative requirements. » As directed arrange the distribution of orders in line with agreed timelines. » Prepare dispatch documentation for all orders, liaise with export freight forwarders, and ensure that accurate export documentation and customs/excise conditions are adhered to. » Maintain inventory records to a high level of accuracy including stock take systems. » Analyse any delivery or inventory issue and provide workable solutions. » Ensure company health and safety policies and procedures are complied with at all times. To be successful you will ideally have the following: » A current Forklift license (with F endorsement). » Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. » Proven accruracy and attention to detail. » Adaptable, versatile and a quick leaner.
