Offer: Remuneration Advisor – Permanent:ACC_hainesJob description:Job DescriptionAn opportunity has become available to join the high functioning Talent Insights and Reporting team as a Remuneration Advisor.What will I be doing? You’ll be responsible for providing specialist advice and support to the business in relation to remuneration, recognition, benefits and performance. You’ll be accountable for the prosperous delivery of the annual remuneration process and ensuring staff, managers and other key stakeholders are engaged in the aspects of the process they must manage. In addition to the above you’ll also supervise the job evaluation process, ensuring ACC maintains both internal and external relativities and alignment with ACC’s market pricing methodology. What would I need to be prosperous in the function? » Two to three years’ practice in a generalist HR function, with exposure to remuneration practices » Proven practice and knowledge of performance management frameworks and annual performance review processes » Strong capcapability using data to develop insights, trends and forecasts » Demonstrated capability to establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships » capability and desire to work collaboratively with peers to identify innovative opportunities to review existing and/or develop new processes and ways of working to increase value to the business What’s in Information technology for me?
