About our group and team Reporting to the Business Support Manager, the Senior Support agent function combines the full range of administrative functions including reception, and frontline support. About this function this function includes reception/front of house tasks in the Kerikeri office. To be prosperous in this function you will have: » excellent customer service expertise and frontline practice » previous administration practice » intermediate to advanced Microsoft suite expertise » proven time management expertise » capability to work well under pressure » capability to build and maintain positive working relationships » flexibility and a desire to learn » a positive can-do attitude » a full, clean driver’s licence. About you Your positive can-do attitude and proactive nature means that you are always looking for ways to improve how you work to create the best possible results for any situation.
