Being able to understand their client's organisational culture is critical. They provide an end-to-end service, from design through to implementation. A respected and proven design and construction consultancy, they are leaders in the industry that continuously challenge themselves to ensure they maintain their reputation for quality and innovation. With a stream, of new work in the pipeline, they require a highly skilled contracts/project manager for a prime project with a duration of 6 months. With a site manager in place, you will be largely resposible for contractual management and client facilitation seamlessly working across the developer, contractor and client Being able to own a project and maintain milestones is essential, also the capability to lead from the front and enrol all stakeholders from managing any design issues through to delivery ensuring communication channels are smooth and all parties are on the same page. As an applicant you will have had practice managing projects within the interiors and fit out sector, you have an eye for detail and can work with and develop efficient systems. You are nimble, able to manage multiple and pressing priorities. You have a well-developed expertise base of the construction industry, both technically and practically. Client side or consultancy interiors project practice is ideal. In return for your efforts, you will be compensateed a income commensurate with the quality of your expertise and practice. $120K - $130K pro rate to 6 months.
