This business is an international logistics provider, located at the Auckland Airport. They are the provider handling the import and export of products by Air and Ocean logistics, Event Logistics, Third-Party Logistics and Customer Brokerage. They are a tight-knit team looking for the right person to join them to contribute and add value to the company. About the function: The right candidate will be looking for a permanent, full-time position. The function will involve working in a collaborative team to facilitate all aspects of the Warehouse Administration and 3PL activities for the customers. The function will include but not limited to: » Customer invoicing » Processing incoming 3PL orders and picking up orders when required » Completing export paperwork and documentations » Organising container releases and cartage to the site » Supporting other team member, including the Operations manager with export shipments » Arranging and co-coordinating courier and transport deliveries. Requirements and practice: » A clean driver’s licence and criminal record » Love working in a supportive and collaborative team » practice in Warehouse Administration and 3PL Operations is required » Excellent attention to detail and able to work in pressured situations » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise. prosperous candidates will be required to undergo a Ministry of Justice criminal record check.
