You will be responsible for the high volume complex AP function within this thriving business, and your key communication expertise and efficiency/attention to detail, will be much valued and relied upon. The key functions of your function are: Assisting the accountant with functions such as; » Posting of payments and bank reconciliation » Inwards good receipting » Supplier invoicing and creditor reconciliations » Preparing of monthly payment schedule » Code reconciliations Your function reports directly to the Accountant and Commercial Manager, and will involve some flow over work. Therefore a key requirement to this function is a flexibility and personal enjoyment of being part of a wider team, and responsible for a well run AP function within the business. this function is best suited to a qualified or part qualified Accounts person, who has effective problem solving expertise, and enjoys a robust and practical working environment.
