Our client is an leading international food manufacturing company who are developing a $100m Hi-Tech meat processing facility in Wiri. The scale of this expansion means we're seeking 6 x Production Team Leaders - this is an excellent opportunity to secure yourself a career in Production. Purpose of the Role: Supervisory responsibilities for employees that are directly involved in the production process. Team Leaders optimise allocation of resources to meet production standards; they may also analyse production metrics to identify issues and trends. People: Reporting to Production Manager Number of Direct Reports: 30-80 Responsibilities: Directly responsible for: » Yield » Giveaway » Stock management » Budgeting and Wages The role indirectly has a significant impact on overall site cost, and contributing to the formation of a 1-3 year strategic plan. These roles offer freedom to make decisions and forge key relationships with a wide range of teams within the business.
