The function: • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders from various sectors, including government agencies, unions, and industry representatives. • Senior Ministerial Advice: Contribute to expert analysis and advice on policy issues, supporting evidence-located decision-making. • Cross-System Thinking and Initiatives: Drive cross-system thinking and legislative initiatives to improve social and economic results. • Te Tiriti o Waitangi Commitment: Uphold the Crown's obligations under te Tiriti o Waitangi while ensuring effective policy implementation.
