They specialise in house pad preparation and drainage for residential housing. They have recently been asked to establish themselves on the South Island for a two-year project north of Christchurch, followed by a two-year project in Ashburton. We are seeking for someone to lead these projects. This could be a serious career boosting opportunity for the right candidate. Opportunity to be an owner or part-owner to the business and spearhead the new South Island branch. In this function, you will be on the tools, but also supervising the team and working with the clients. About you: - Strong contracting background. - Drainage practice - Great communication expertise - leadership abilities expertise - Resilient and determined. - Can grow and coach others in a “Ritchie McCaw” style. - Thinker and go-getter - Must have the right to work in New Zealand to be considered.
