Health Partnerships is responsible for building strong relationships with our providers, managing provider and service performance and has the end to end responsibility for strategic sourcing of health services so that our clients have access to appropriate health and rehabilitation services when they need them.
Health Partnerships has been designed to deliver on the intended benefits of the ACC Health Sector Strategy and drive equity in results for M?ori. You will play an important function in helping us do that.
As a Strategic Partner you will be responsible for managing key relationships and strategically partnering with identified strategic providers to influence change and promote ACC’s Health Sector Strategy. You will work closely with allocated Service Streams, teams across Health Partnerships and ACC to deliver objectives, projects and new and innovative ways of delivering services.
What you need to be prosperous:
   » significant work practice in a similar function at a senior level
   » practice in developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies in order to meet key performance requirements
   » practice in turning insights into initiatives to improve relationships
   » capability to work strategically and influence results across organisations and industry sectors
   » Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, networking and stakeholder management expertise
   » Strong communication expertise with the capability to present to a broad range of stakeholders
   » Proven knowledge and knowledge of the health sector and other significant industry sectors
We are seeking for someone who is a team player, with energy and drive, you are a critical thinker with an capability to analyse and advise with confidence on our services, you will be passionate about making lives better for our clients. Working as part of this essential team in ACC, each day will bring different opportunities and challenges. Previous practice in health purchasing, relationship management and portfolio management would be useful but is not essential.
