You should be: * practiced in a similar function, ideally 3 years significant practice or a significant diploma * Highly motivated * Able to take direction from the Head Chef * Able to work unsupervised * Able to keep your cool when things heat up in the kitchen * Able to work nights and weekends Producing meals to franchise specifications is a crucial part of the function, as is the capability to work well within a structured team.
