About the function – Atu mo te mahi This broad function will ensure end to end administration support for our COVID Senior leadership abilities team. It’s a hands-on position where you will need to be responsive and capable of supporting efficient administration management across our busy teams! On any given day you could be planning next month’s schedule, managing and organising meetings; and supporting the smooth running of everyday schedules; with an overall goal of supporting the varied demands of a changing COVID-19 environment. You’ll be a key point of contact to ensure communications between internal and external stakeholders is maintained, so that our commercial obligations are met, and relationships are built. About you – Pehea We are seeking for Somebody with a strong administrative background and an interest in furthering your career working with a senior leadership abilities team. Your capability to work with a variety of systems and software packages including all Microsoft suite is vital to your success. practice liaising with all types of stakeholders, especially M?ori, Pasifika, Discapability and other vulnerable communities is essential. This includes demonstrated capability to communicate in a culturally appropriate manner using and implementing fit for purpose communication frameworks to ensure objectives and results are delivered as agreed.
