You will work closely with leadership and employees to provide strategic guidance on HR matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while promoting a culture of inclusion and growth Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Culture: Promote our values and provide supportive leadership. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage international and domestic recruitment processes. Performance Management/Employment Relations: Implement performance appraisal processes and manage employee relations. HR Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain HR documents, ensuring compliance with legislation. Strategic HR: Translate organizational strategy into effective people plans. Effective HR Operational Support: Support managers and employees on people-related matters. Health & Safety: Champion a culture of health and safety. Key Performance Indicators: Internal customer satisfaction with HR services. Quality of hires, new employee performance, and retention. Timeliness and accuracy of HR documentation completion. Efficiency of recruitment processes. Skills & Experience: 10+ years of HR experience. Knowledge of HR legislation and best practices. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
