Receptionist/Admin - CBD Waterfront

The Position
As a member of the Business Support team, you will perform a varied range of reception and administration tasks in a shared capacity (two others job share 8am to 6pm)
   » Handling incoming calls and general queries (phone/email)
   » Greeting visitors and providing refreshments
   » Catering (boardroom lunches up to 4x/week), meetings/workshop support
   » Meeting room management
   » Coordination of premises repairs/maintenance
   » Travel bookings (flight, rental car and accommodation)
   » Monthly reconciliation of credit card charges
   » Administration of security access cards, petty cash and parking vouchers
   » Archiving files and documents, incl printing, binding/lamination
   » Formatting/mail-merging documents and database updates on occasion
   » Private Wealth/Advisor support, Client Services tasks/support as required
   » Assistance with compilation of six weekly Committee meeting papers
   » Couriers, mail etc
You
   » Will have exceptional people expertise, be positive and calm
   » Previous corporate Reception practice
   » An interest in a financial services (private wealth) environment
   » Excellent time management expertise, adept at handling multiple tasks
   » Possess a fluent command of English with a high standard of work and personal grooming
   »NZ Citizenship or NZ Permanent Residency for this permanent function please
Hours of Work
   » 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
   » If covering for one of the part-time Job Share receptionists, the start time may be 8.00am or finish time 6.00pm, however your start/finish time would be half an hour later etc
