The role's purpose is to work under the direction of the Commercial Manager to carry out a diverse range of coordination and administration functions to support Corporate Services and the wider client's team. This is a temporary ongoing role for 6 to 8 weeks which eventually could lead to permanent for the right candidate. The hours are 8 hours between the hours of 8 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is $24 - $27 per hour We are looking for someone who: » Is a strong administrator » Has some coordination experience » Is accurate and has good attention to detail » Strong in Microsoft office suite and very computer literate » Are a logical thinker and problem solver » Is a fast learner » Experience in drafting contracts preferred but not essential (or drafting similar types of docs) » Reliable and available immediately The successful candidates should be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
