The kitchen is a well-knit team led by our executive chef Che Barrington. We give great emphasis to training and developing your expertise across multiple sections as every team member from Commis to Sous chef play a pivotal function in us being prosperous and running smooth everyday operations. The kitchen team is currently recruiting for chefs of all levels. About Your function » Cook with an ingredient focussed menus, maintaining quality, creativity and consistency. » Work in both kitchens across all sections. » Full time hours, good balance of day and evening shifts and days off spread across weekdays and some weekends. » Casual, fun and fast paced working environment » Central city location with great public transport connectivity.
