Services » Contracting and permanent employment options available » Waikato or Taranaki » Join one of NZ's fastest growing Public Practice Accounting We are seeking experienced accountants to join the team of a well-respected and growing CA Firm and manage your own portfolio of diverse clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and be in it for the long-term! There is the possibility of relocating to the beautiful Taranaki for this role, but could also be based in Wellington. Responsibilities: » Preparing financial statements, tax returns, GST, and PAYE returns etc. » Proficient in accounting software, especially Xero » Managing your wide range of client portfolios to meet their business and accounting needs » Maintaining strong client relationships What You'll Need: » Recent experience working in a New Zealand CA Firm in an Accounting or BAS role » Tertiary qualifications are a must, but CA qualifications aren't a necessity » Experience with Xero is preferable as that is the main system used » Excellent communication skills » Great initiative and self-driven » High attention to detail » Strong organisational and time management skills Benefits: » Competitive salary based on experience » Opportunity to learn and grow with a great team » Flexibility for working hours » Fun and supportive team where they will value you, your experience, and ideas.
