Our vision is to be an accessible, welcoming, busy arts and cultural centre that accommodates the interests of a wide variety of visitors, residents, artists and community members. The function If you are a professional, friendly and methodical person who strives to achieve excellence in office administration, you'll be the perfect fit for our busy organisation. Reporting to the Director, you will be a key member of the CEAC team. You'll have excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written, along with a ?can do? attitude and a sense is humour. You must be reliable, adaptable to change and have great attention to detail. You will be confident and efficient in working with Microsoft office, have great time management expertise and have a genuine interest in helping others and contributing to a team environment. The Person Although practice within a similar environment would be beneficial, Information technology is more important that you bring a great attitude, with the capability to roll up your sleeves and provide exceptional support. You will be calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. If you are the kind of person who gets satisfaction from knowing everything that is going on and enjoys thinking one step ahead of others to make sure they have what they need and things get done, you will find this function very compensateing. to execute well, you will need the following mix of practice, skill, and expertise: » Minimum of two years in an administration or customer service function is highly desirable. » Strong communication and interpersonal expertise » Computer literate, including Microsoft Office with intermediate excel expertise » Organisational and time management expertise with an eye for detail » Proven capability to meet deadlines and work under pressure » Proven capability to work as part of a team and can work autonomously How to submit the application: Please email becky@ceac.org.nz for a Position Description, which givesmore detail about the function.
