You will enable change by knowledge business needs in order to create business solutions that will add value to their business. tasks • Analyse and investigate to identify business process requirements and improvements • Lead project initiatives • Define and document business and user requirements • Manage relationships by influencing, negotiating, and engaging all stakeholders in change initiatives. • Deliver fit for purpose training sessions to stakeholders • Identify risks and impacts and identify, implement and review solutions. expertise & practice • Previous practice within change management & business improvements • A good knowledge of business process methodology, engineering & techniques. • practice within project management • Customer focused and able to relate to a variety of people • Flexible and responsive • capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks • High accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication expertise.
