Overview - Our client Service and Evaluation Team ensure data is collected robustly to inform their funders about clients and services provided by the organisations service divisions. - As part of this work, the team report on and evaluate services delivered and clients supported, to fulfil its responsibilities to clients and funders and support the development of their clients’ services. - You will assist in work to transform data into insights that drive business value through the use of data analytics, data visualisation and data modelling techniques and technologies. function Purpose - Monitor and ensure data accuracy and integrity within client management systems. - Analyses and mine complex data by undertaking data modelling gathered from multiple databases and applications all over the organisation. - Convert data into insights and translate these into information that is accessible to staff/divisions, supporting and guiding them. - Aid key users to maximise and optimise information that informs internal operational management of services, in conjunction with service and quality improvement. - Assist in application specialist support for users. - Research and recommend appropriate business intelligence systems and tools and assist with their implementation and support. - Identify data integration opportunities between master data sources and other systems. You - You will have a proven knowledge of and practice in data visualisation modelling and data design, database concepts and management systems e.g., Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong analytical expertise to enable the use of data warehouse and business intelligence tools to facilitate data mining, report writing and trend analysis e.g., SSRS, Power Query, Power automate and Power BI. - Design of procedures and proven expertise in business writing and documentation. - knowledge of project management and business process design concepts. - A significant tertiary qualification involving business intelligence or information systems is desirable.
