This company supplies engineering services and manufacturers engineering products that are distributed across New Zealand businesses and are a proud supporter of the New Zealand community sponsoring events such as the Speedway and causes such as NZ Search and Rescue Helicopters. About the function This is a very central function to the business as you will be the ‘go between’ for the customers, the support team, production team, and the warehousing staff. You will be working closely with the wider team to achieve sales and ensure customers are receiving top quality service, timely quoting on product and sound advice on offerings. You will be providing Customer Service and Sales Support to customers both over the phone, via email and face to face and you’ll ideally have come from a product located sales support function that has involved quoting, pricing within an engineering or manufacturing focussed industry.
