Our visitor practices include: Capital E, SpacePlace at Carter Observatory, City Gallery Wellington, Nairn Street Cottage, Wellington Museum and the Cable Car Museum. We also support the operation of the New Zealand Cricket Museum. The prosperous applicant will: • Possess practice of supporting the production of performing arts by, for and with children and young people • Have sound expertise and proven practice in one or more of the performing arts • Demonstrate high level organisational and planning abilities • Proven expertise in maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and practice in supporting acquittal and reporting to funders and partners Some of this function's accountabilities: • To support manage all aspects of Capital E live ensuring that all activities align with our vision, stakeholder expectations and future audience priorities. • To support a cohesive, responsive Live team who strive for excellence and are innovative, forward thinking, collaborative and committed to providing excellent practices for children and young people. • To work collaboratively across Capital E and practice Wellington to support the development and delivery of vibrant cross-disciplinary programmes for, with and by children and young people. • To contribute to positioning Capital E's performance programmes as leaders in the performing arts sector, and to build sector capcapability via special projects and initiatives engaging audiences, creative practitioners and performers. We are seeking for a person who brings practice and broad expertise around supporting the production and delivery of managing performing arts programmes for, with and by children and young people, as well as relicapability, creativity and resourcefulness, who works well in a team.
