Industrial ElectricianLocation Manukau & East AucklandAuckland Job type Permanent Salary 100000 to 105000 Category Engineering > Electrical & Electronics » Full time permanent role » Electrical Trade License » Mon to Fri 3pm to 11pm afternoon shift Industrial Electrician South Auckland Based 3.00pm to 11.00pm Urgently looking for a trade qualified industrial electrician who is looking for long term permanent role based in South Auckland. You will be part of a busy team that provides preventative maintenance services to ensure high quality electrical solutions are provided to all company machinery and equipment to ensure maximum operational availability. Your main duties will be: » Condition monitoring, preventative maintenance, maintenance repairs and breakdowns » Technical support for electrical and operational investigation/fault finding » Install, maintain & repair complex electrical control, wiring and lighting systems » Ability to step up to team leader role when required To be successful, you need to have the following: » Trades qualified with current practicing licence in New Zealand » Ability to plan and organise » Strong diagnostic problem solving skills » Tertiary qualification or Trades Qualification/background » An uncompromising attitude towards H&S » Previous experience in trouble shooting & diagnose electrical faults using proven fault-finding methods. » You enjoy being part of a team environment but have ability to work unsupervised We are seeking someone with excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, who is thorough, efficient and possess great communication skills. This is an interesting and varied role for the successful applicant. On going training and opportunities to up skill is provided and encouraged.
